Set in wooded grounds with a panoramic view over Saint-Omer, Guillaume Rétaux and his team will delight you with their traditional, refined cuisine. The hotel restaurant is located in the village of Wisques on the edge of the Via Francigena and close to the Abbeys of Saint-Paul and Notre Dame.

The hotel is set in two hectares of green parkland. Most of its rooms are in small cottages.
